Monica Baumann – (B. 1984)
From New Jersey, Monica started her formal studies at the age of 16 at Middlesex County College. She was accepted into an advanced art program, called “Arts High.” This offered her a young glimpse into the professional art world. Since then, Monica has studied at the duCret School of Art, Academy duCret, the Grand Central Academy, the Art Students League and is currently continuing her studies at the Jahn Studios. Her paintings and drawings have been shown in numerous exhibitions in New York and New Jersey. Monica also teaches at duCret School of Art. She is a strong-willed, hard-working painter, hoping to become comparable to those great artists that live and once lived. Her work has a strong focus on beauty and harmony, pure aesthetics as they once were.
